Practitioner Support

The documents below are used by EASE Service workers to provide ESOL initial assessments to new ESOL learners. The documents are provided here as support for ESOL practitioners who may want to deliver a similar service. Further information regarding these can be supplied by contacting the EASE Service.

 

ESOL Initial Assessment Materials. These reading and writing assessment materials are written to value the life experience of EASE Service users and use these as a basis for assessing reading and writing competency. Please note that there are no examplars or commentaries provided.

ESOL Initial Assessment Report. This form supports the ESOL initial assessment process and is provided to learners as a formal record of their ESOL initial assessment.

Initial Assessment Register.  This document is used to collect EASE Service users personal details to be input into the service database or used to refer learners to ESOL provision.

Initial Assessment Appointment Slips.  These are provided to new ESOL learners following registering for an ESOL initial assessment.

EASE Service User Feedback Form. This is used for higher level ESOL learners to provide evidence of feedback on the EASE Service.
